Papada and handover of the flag to the 2027 fiesta committeeverified
On Thursday 17 September at 19:00 the San José district holds the papada prepared by Comidas Fermín Mesa and the handover of the flag to the new committee of the fiestas in honour of San José 2027, with a musical performance by Michael. It is the act that passes responsibility for the fiestas from one neighbourhood committee to the next. The outgoing committee passes to the incoming one the responsibility for organising next year's fiestas.
