Aquagym master class in the seaverified

At 11:00 on Saturday an aquagym master class is set up directly in the sea rather than in a pool. The session is open and takes place in the shallow part of the beach, with an instructor and music, so it can be followed with no previous experience. It coincides with the water inflatables at the same hour, so at that time the shore holds most of the day's programme.

Practical note from the programme: on Saturday 19 September the road is closed at 10:15 and at 14:55 for the 51st Rallye La Palma Isla Bonita, so allow extra time to reach La Salemera.
