Lucio Arce presents 'El remedio a la tristeza' at Café Teatro Rayuelaverified
Argentine singer-songwriter Lucio Arce presents El Remedio a la Tristeza, his sixth album, at Café Teatro Rayuela in Santa Cruz de Tenerife: twelve original songs in which tango, milonga, candombe, bolero and waltz meet with everyday stories, irony and humour, again produced by Néstor Basurto. Argentine singer and composer Lucio Arce comes to Café Teatro Rayuela in Santa Cruz de Tenerife to present El Remedio a la Tristeza live, the sixth album of an artist with more than two decades of recording behind him. Tango, milonga, candombe, bolero and waltz meet in his songs, which blend everyday stories, characters, nostalgia, lunfardo slang, irony and plenty of humour, to show that tango can also raise a smile.
The album gathers twelve original compositions and is once again produced by Néstor Basurto, a regular collaborator of the artist. The concert on Calle Bethencourt Alfonso is a chance to discover up close a storyteller who turns the contradictions of everyday life into songs.
