Le nozze di Figaro, an opera buffa in four acts by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, is the first major title of the 2026-2027 season of Ópera de Tenerife. The opening performance is on 11 October 2026 at 6:00 pm in the Sala Sinfónica of the Auditorio de Tenerife Adán Martín, Avenida de la Constitución 1, 38003 Santa Cruz de Tenerife. There are four performances in total: 11 October at 6:00 pm and 13, 15 and 17 October at 7:00 pm.
The production is a coproduction of the Gran Teatre del Liceu and the Auditorio de Tenerife, with musical direction by Pablo González, stage direction by Marta Pazos and choreography by Andreas Heise. The Orquesta Sinfónica de Tenerife and the Coro Titular de Ópera de Tenerife take part, together with the Centro Internacional de Danza Tenerife. It is sung in Italian with surtitles in Spanish and English. The recommended minimum age is five years, and no admission is allowed once the performance has started.
