La Mesa Mágica: family cooking workshop at the Casino de San Miguel (Saborea 2026)verified
La Mesa Mágica, part of Saborea San Miguel de Abona 2026, invites families with children to the Casino San Miguel in the centre of San Miguel de Abona on Monday 26 October, from 18:00 to 20:00. A children's story opens the session, then children and adults cook together: little hard-boiled egg monsters, no-bake power cookies and rainbow cups of yoghurt, chia and fruit.
La Mesa Mágica is the Saborea San Miguel de Abona 2026 activity for families with children, held on Monday 26 October at the Casino San Miguel on Calle Casino, in the centre of San Miguel de Abona. Food becomes an experience for learning, taking part and sharing.
Through a children's story, the youngest discover the table as a meeting place and the value of a varied, balanced diet. Then children and adults put on their chef's hats to make little hard-boiled egg monsters, no-bake power cookies (oats, ripe banana and pure cocoa) and rainbow cups of yoghurt, chia and fruit.
