La Hoya, in the municipality of Adeje, celebrates its festivities in honour of the Virgen de la Milagrosa in 2026. The poster announces the main days from 28 to 31 August, but the programme starts earlier, on Saturday the 22nd, with the Motor Festival.
Saturday 22 August. 10:00, Motor Festival in the Plaza Hoya Grande.
Wednesday 26 August. 19:00, triangular indoor football tournament at the La Hoya sports centre.
Thursday 27 August. 11:00, arrival and installation of the THM sound and lighting system in the Plaza Hoya Grande.
Friday 28 August. 20:45, gala to choose the Children's Queen of La Hoya 2026, directed by Daniel Linares, with performances by the children of the Tijoco - La Hoya neighbourhood, the «AM Dance Group» ballet and the comedian Aarón Gómez; hosted by Melania Torres and Idaira Tena. After the gala come the musical performances: Pepex DJ, a concert by the group «Ni un Pelo de tonto» and a closing dance with «Generación Zero».
Saturday 29 August. 10:00, children's party with water bouncy castles and workshops. 13:00, family foam party with «Fascinación Latina». 20:00, mass in honour of the Virgen de la Milagrosa followed by a procession accompanied by the Band of the Musical Patronage of the Historic Town of Adeje, with the «Ave María» sung by Dulce María Barrios; the evening ends with a fireworks display by Pirotecnia Piromart. 23:00, grand dance with the orchestras «Toque Latino», «La Maquinaria Band» and «Grupo La Calle».
Sunday 30 August. 13:00, mass with the «La Diata» folk group and a procession along the usual route accompanied by the Virgen de la Luz Band of Guía de Isora. 19:00, the great White Party with «Duo Nivaria» and «Orquesta Paraíso» (white clothing is expected), followed by an open-air dance with «Sensación Gomera» and «Orquesta Paraíso».
Monday 31 August. 19:30, communal meal with Grupo ALTAHAY-SON. 21:00, the «Adult Festival» with the «AM Dance Group» ballet directed by Daniel Linares and hosted by Melania Torres; after the gala, the closing party with «Sensación Gomera» and «Toque Latino». During the night the festival committee for 2027 is named.
Except for the indoor football match, held at the La Hoya sports centre, all events take place in the Plaza Hoya Grande.
