La Casona del Terror 2026: «Las tres ausentes», a haunted house at Casa de los Ponce in Ingenio
For three nights, Casa de los Ponce in the old centre of Ingenio becomes La Casona del Terror with «Las tres ausentes»: 14 actors, programmed lighting and animatronics tell the story of three sisters who try to summon their dead mother. Friday 30 and Saturday 31 October and Sunday 1 November, 18:00 to 23:00. Free, but booking is compulsory; for ages 12 and over.
Casa de los Ponce, in the old centre of Ingenio, is transformed for three nights into La Casona del Terror 2026, hosting «Las tres ausentes», a production by the Youth Department of Ingenio Town Council made by the local audiovisual company Bola 8 Producciones. It brings together 14 trained actors and actresses, programmed lighting and animatronic structures built for this edition. The fictional story follows a father and his three daughters who, after the mother's death, hold a ritual to speak to her again; a spirit answers claiming to be the mother, but it is really an evil presence. The fear starts before you go in: the meeting point, Parque Néstor Álamo, is turned into a cemetery roamed by the living dead.
Dates: Friday 30 and Saturday 31 October and Sunday 1 November 2026, 18:00 to 23:00. Each day there are 20 groups of 17 people, every 15 minutes from 18:00; the last group goes in at 22:45. Entry is free, but booking in advance is compulsory on tureservaonline.es, with up to 5 tickets per booking; each ticket shows the day and time of your group. The organisers ask you to arrive at Parque Néstor Álamo at least 15 minutes early and do not guarantee entry outside the booked time. For ages 12 and over; 12 and 13 year olds must come with an adult who also has a ticket. It contains horror scenes, jump scares and sound and light effects that some people may find intense.
