The Canary Islands Youth Orchestra (JOCAN) and the folk group Los Sabandeños present a special symphonic concert titled 'Raíces. From folk music to Manuel de Falla', part of the tour marking the emblematic group's sixtieth anniversary. The first half pairs the orchestra with pianist Juan Floristán performing Manuel de Falla's 'Noches en los jardines de España'; the second revisits six decades of the Sabandeños repertoire, closing with the pasodoble 'Islas Canarias'. Around 100 musicians on stage.
The concert takes place on 20 September 2026 at 19:30 at the auditorium of the Palacio de Formación y Congresos de Fuerteventura, in Puerto del Rosario.
