The Vuelta Ciclista a Lanzarote is a stage race and this is the second stage of its third edition. On 4 October 2026 access to Plaza de las Naciones in Puerto del Carmen opens at 07:30 and the stage rolls out at 08:30. The route is 74 kilometres long and finishes at Club La Santa, in the municipality of Tinajo, where the closing ceremony takes place at 14:00 at El Estadio. Starting from a square on the Puerto del Carmen promenade makes it easy to watch without travelling across the island.
For spectators the two clear points are the start and the finish: the riders gather on the square before setting off, and Club La Santa closes the race with the final ceremony. If you want to see the peloton on the road, bear in mind that some sections have traffic restrictions and that crossing the carriageway while the riders pass is a bad idea. Puerto del Carmen has parking around the promenade, but on a race morning it fills up earlier than usual. Since the stage leaves early, anyone coming from the north of the island should allow extra time for the drive.
