Hierrock Festival 2026verified

El Hierro gets its first festival devoted to rock in 2026. The opening edition of the Hierrock Festival brings together Guerrilla Urbana, a punk rock band from Tenerife, Brío!, Los Cracks, who move between rock and roll, garage and punk, and the El Hierro band Guataca. The DJ sets are handled by Enmascarado Pinchadiscos and DJ Erse. The festival was created as a meeting point for rock fans and as a way to widen the island's cultural programme.

It takes place on 8 August 2026 at Plaza de Echedo, in the municipality of Valverde, and the island agenda sets the start at 18:30. The organiser is the Tajaniscaba residents' association of Echedo, supported by the Cabildo of El Hierro and working with Valverde town council, Ícota Producciones and Pasión por los Decibelios.
