Periferia Teatro specialises in puppet theatre for children and families, tackling situations close to childhood in a visual, accessible language, and has received awards including FETÉN, Drac d'Or and Titirijai. At Harionetas, the Haría Puppet Theatre Festival, it presents «Bobo», which looks with humour at everyday life between parents and children through the adventures of a small penguin. At the South Pole lives the Pingüin family: Mum looks after the house in the morning and fishes in the afternoon, Dad does the opposite, and Bobo eats and plays all day, until his parents tell him he is going to have a little brother.

Performed by Mariso García and Ana Morcillo and directed by Juan Manuel Quiñonero, the show is intended for ages 3 and up. It takes place at the Sociedad de Máguez on Calle Santa Bárbara in Máguez (Haría), and tickets, priced at 0 €, are issued through Ecoentradas. Sunday 18 October 2026 at 18:00.
