The San Lorenzo livestock fair, the only one held in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, on the main day of the fiestas.
At 08:30 in San Lorenzo, on the main fiesta day of 10 August. The prize-winning animals parade later, during the procession of the patron saint.
The fiestas' official site notes that only one livestock fair is held in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, and that San Lorenzo's goes back to 1860, when the municipality was still independent.
