Fiestas de Santo Domingo de Guzmán y Ntra. Sra. del Rosario 2026: apertura y festival infantilverified
First day of the Santo Domingo neighbourhood festivities: opening with background music, a children's festival with a kids' catwalk and a Disney show, and open-air cinema.
The festivities in honour of Santo Domingo de Guzmán and Our Lady of the Rosary open in the Plaza de Santo Domingo, in La Victoria de Acentejo. From 11:00 there is background music by Sonido e Iluminación Visión Canarias.
At 18:30 comes the welcome address and the closing of the neighbourhood's 2025-2026 activities (pilates, yoga and salsa-bachata). The children's festival follows, with a catwalk open to any child who wants to take part (sign-up until one hour before) and the Disney show "Donde los cuentos hablan", hosted by Marcos Palenzuela. Open-air cinema closes the evening.
Organised by the Asociación de Vecinos Santo Domingo. The festivities run from 6 to 9 August.
