Fiestas de San Bernardo y San Cristóbal (Las Canteras, Los Silos)
Patron saint festival of the Las Canteras neighbourhood in Los Silos, from 23 to 26 July: bell ringing, eve with fireworks, main day and a romería with the blessing of vehicles.
The Las Canteras neighbourhood in Los Silos celebrates its festival in honour of San Bernardo and San Cristóbal from 23 to 26 July 2026.
On Thursday the 23rd at 19:30 the traditional bell ringing opens the programme, with a tasting of local liqueurs and rosquetes and music from the folk groups Mayores de Ingenio de Los Silos and Cardón de Buenavista del Norte. On Friday the 24th at 20:30 there is the Holy Rosary and the procession with the image of San Bernardo, accompanied by A.M. Nueva Unión, followed by fireworks.
Saturday the 25th is the main day: children's activities and bouncy castles in the square from 10:30 to 13:30, and at 19:00 the mass in honour of San Bernardo followed by the procession with A.M. Nueva Unión. On Sunday the 26th at 17:00 there is mass, the blessing of vehicles and the romería in honour of San Cristóbal, ending with a tasting of liqueurs and rosquetes in the square.
