La Perdoma Fiestas 2026 in honour of Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary and Saint Jeromeverified
From 30 September to 11 October 2026, the La Perdoma neighbourhood of La Orotava celebrates its fiestas in honour of Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary and Saint Jerome. Twelve days of opening speech, galas, a youth night, a wine fiesta, the 39th Craft Fair, the 30th anniversary of the bread-and-chorizo tasting, a folk festival, open-air dances, a procession and fireworks on Sunday 11.
The La Perdoma neighbourhood of La Orotava holds its patron-saint fiestas from 30 September to 11 October 2026. They begin on Wednesday 30 with the solemn Mass in honour of Saint Jerome (19:30) and the play «Doble Vida» (20:00, Auditorio Francisco Álvarez Abrante); Thursday 1 brings the opening speech (20:30, Plaza de la Iglesia) and Friday 2 the gala to crown the Fiestas Queen (20:30, Colegio Infanta Elena) and the youth night (23:00). Saturday 3 has a duathlon, zumba and the big Wine Fiesta (20:30); Sunday 4, the 39th Craft Fair (from 10:00), the 30th anniversary of the bread-and-chorizo tasting (13:00) and the Folk Festival (19:00). Monday 5 brings a gymkhana and a pet meet-up; Tuesday 6, the horseback ring race in La Marzagana (16:30); Wednesday 7, Rosary Day with Mass, LOA and Sacred Concert (19:00). Thursday 8 has the announcing parade (19:30) and a drag queen gala (21:00); Friday 9, the children's festival and a dance; Saturday 10, Children's Day, the Adults' Festival and the «Puretas Party». Sunday 11 closes with a classic car show, the offerings Mass (12:00), the procession and fireworks offering (18:00) and the final open-air dance (22:00).
It is part of the 2026 La Perdoma Fiestas, which this neighbourhood of La Orotava celebrates from 30 September to 11 October in honour of its patron saints, Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary and Saint Jerome, with more than 70 years of festive history. The La Perdoma Fiestas Committee prepares the programme with the support of the Town Council of La Orotava. On Sunday 11 October, from 18:00, a fireworks display is planned: the organisers ask residents to keep pets away from the noise and to warn people who are sensitive to it. The Committee reserves the right to change or cancel any event, and changes are announced on social media.
