The Festival Boreal reaches its 19th edition in Los Silos, in the Isla Baja district in the north of Tenerife. The organisers define it as a diverse, intergenerational cultural initiative with a music line-up unlike any other in the Canaries. Among the confirmed artists is Daddy G, founding member of Massive Attack, who makes his Canarian debut with a DJ set described as a journey without labels across reggae, dub, breakbeat, hip hop, house and electronica. The festival runs on 18 and 19 September 2026, with doors opening at 17:00. The site is the open parking ground in the historic centre of the town, 38470 Los Silos, Santa Cruz de Tenerife. There is a specific policy for minors: under-16s must be accompanied by a parent or an authorised guardian, and 16 and 17 year olds have to present a signed minor authorisation form.
