Festival Boreal in Valverde: botanical cyanotype and natural loom workshops with Karina Armas
On Thursday 1 October, Festival Boreal returns to Valverde with a one-day extension at the Centro Cultural Asabanos. The afternoon opens with two workshops led by Karina Armas: botanical cyanotype from 17:30 to 18:30 and natural loom weaving from 19:00 to 20:00. Entry is free until each workshop is full, and the day ends with a Lajalada concert at 20:30.
Festival Boreal takes its programme around the islands with one-day extensions, and on Thursday 1 October the stop is Valverde, at the Centro Cultural Asabanos. The organisers describe it as an afternoon to create, experiment and get closer to nature through art.
