Aires: folk show by the group Los Cochinerosverified
The Canary group Los Cochineros, from the municipality of Ingenio, present Aires on Wednesday 16 September at 20:30 in the Plaza Tifariti in Valsequillo de Gran Canaria. The show invites the audience on a journey through the different aires de lima of the archipelago, one of the oldest forms in the traditional songbook of the islands. The Plaza Tifariti is the main open air stage of the festive programme and lies right in the centre of Valsequillo.

The municipal programme describes it as traditional music, singing and dance that highlights the richness of Canary folklore. It is held outdoors in the square that hosts most of the festive programme of the municipality, within the Fiestas y Feria de San Miguel ArcĂĄngel 2026. The official programme publishes no admission price.
