Handover of the flag to the new fiesta committeeverified

This act is the yearly handover of the organisation: the outgoing committee gives the flag to the new one, accompanied by the Fanfarria Santa Catalina. The group then returns to the square for the presentation of the accounts and the formal introduction of the new committee, that is, a public account of how the fiesta funds were spent. It is a small and very local act, but it explains better than any other how these neighbourhood fiestas are kept going.
