El Socorro '26: classic and historic vehicle showverified
Classic and historic vehicles fill the Plaza El Socorro in Tegueste, with live radio, music from the 60s, 70s and 80s, and a display of scale models, radio-control cars and craftwork.
The Plaza El Socorro in Tegueste hosts a classic and historic vehicle show on Sunday 27 September 2026, starting at 9:30.
Alongside the cars there is a display of radio-control vehicles, scale models, Lego, spare parts, hot wheels, photography and wire craftwork. The day includes a live radio broadcast, «Recordando los 60, 70 y Norte FM», and background music from the 1960s, 70s and 80s. Registered participants are offered paella, soft drinks, beer and a raffle.
Anyone wishing to exhibit a vehicle must register in advance on 652 678 682 or 699 34 85 79. Vehicles must be more than thirty years old to be entered.
The official programme of the ComisiĂłn de Fiestas del Socorro 2026 sets this show from 9:30 to 16:00 and adds Calle La Miravala to the square, so the display occupies both areas. It is organised by the AsociaciĂłn Cultural Imidahuen.
