Diana floreada with Banda Archipiélago through the streets of La Isleta, Fiestas de La Navalverified
Banda Archipiélago plays its way through various streets of La Isleta in the diana floreada, the morning band parade of the Fiestas de La Naval, setting off at 09:00 on Sunday 4 October from the Plaza de Nuestra Señora de La Luz. It is the first Sunday of October, with Mass and the presentation of the Medals of the Virgin at 12:00 in the church and the Youth Queen election gala at 20:30.
The diana floreada of the Antiguas y Tradicionales Fiestas de La Naval is played by Banda Archipiélago as it moves through various streets of the La Isleta neighbourhood. On this first Sunday of October the image of Nuestra Señora de La Luz stays on display on its throne in the church to receive the faithful; Mass and the presentation of the Medals of the Virgin follow at 12:00, and the Youth Queen election gala takes place in the square at 20:30.
The band sets off on Sunday 4 October 2026 at 09:00 from the Plaza de Nuestra Señora de La Luz in La Isleta, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. The festivities continue until 18 October.
