At 12:00 the solemn religious service is held in the parish church, followed by the traditional procession of the venerated image. The day starts much earlier: at 05:00 the diana floreada sets off with the Banda de Agaete and papagüevos, and at 14:00 comes the popular toast in the square.
On Wednesday 7 October, the day of Nuestra Señora del Rosario, the solemn religious service is held at 12:00 in the parish church of Puerto del Rosario, followed by the traditional procession of the venerated image through the streets.
The day starts at 05:00 with the diana floreada, accompanied by the Banda de Agaete and papagüevos, which goes through the streets and ends in the church square with hot chocolate for those still up. At 14:00, the popular toast in Plaza de Nuestra Señora del Rosario, again with the Banda de Agaete.
