«Cuentos de Finaos: memoria viva», storytelling at the Biblioteca Municipal of Santa Brígida

The municipal Finaos programme continues until Saturday 31 October.
«Cuentos de Finaos: memoria viva» is part of Finaos 2026, organised by Santa Brígida town council through its Festivities department, a programme that honours the memory of loved ones by highlighting local customs, seasonal food, oral tradition and folklore. At this storytelling gathering, Juan Sixto and other local residents share stories, anecdotes and memories of their loved ones.
The event takes place on Thursday 29 October 2026 at 18:00 at the Biblioteca Municipal of Santa Brígida, with musical accompaniment on the timple by Cho Adargoma. On the same day at 20:00, the Centro Cultural hosts the 19th Festival Folk Canarias. The Finaos programme continues until Saturday 31 October, when the Noche de Finaos fills the Parque Municipal from 19:00.
