Eve of the Day of El Socorro: celebration and processionverified
The parish of Nuestra Señora del Socorro celebrates the eve of the Day of El Socorro on Saturday 26 September 2026 at 20:30, led by parish priest Miguel Ángel García and accompanied by the Grupo Huella de Fé de Animación Católica. The procession then follows the customary route, with fireworks at El Calvario.
On Saturday 26 September 2026 at 20:30 the parish of Nuestra Señora del Socorro celebrates the eve of the Day of El Socorro. Parish priest Miguel Ángel García leads the celebration, accompanied by the Grupo Huella de Fé de Animación Católica.
When the service ends the procession follows the customary route, together with the Venerable Hermandad de Nuestra Señora del Socorro, the Agrupación Musical San Marcos Evangelista and the Barco de la Virgen, with fireworks provided by the Barco del Socorro at El Calvario. The programme announces a large pyrotechnic display once the act finishes; in the popular acts section it appears at 22:30 in the Plaza del Socorro.
