On Thursday 8 October 2026 at 19:30, the announcing parade of the 2026 La Perdoma Fiestas sets off, organised by the 2026 Fiestas Committee with the support of La Orotava Town Council. That night at 21:00, the big Drag Queen and Transformistas Gala follows. The official programme does not give the parade's route or starting point, so it is worth checking the channels of the Fiestas Committee or of La Orotava Town Council in the days before.
It is part of the 2026 La Perdoma Fiestas, which this neighbourhood of La Orotava celebrates from 30 September to 11 October in honour of its patron saints, Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary and Saint Jerome, with more than 70 years of festive history. The La Perdoma Fiestas Committee prepares the programme with the support of the Town Council of La Orotava. On Sunday 11 October, from 18:00, a fireworks display is planned: the organisers ask residents to keep pets away from the noise and to warn people who are sensitive to it. The Committee reserves the right to change or cancel any event, and changes are announced on social media.
