Aarón Gómez: De cercaverified

Canarian comedian Aarón Gómez takes his show 'De cerca' to El Hierro. Gómez is one of the most established comics in the islands, and his work mixes stand-up, mime, physical expression and musical humour. The evening suits anyone who wants live comedy with a Canarian accent, in a village venue rather than a large hall.

The show is on 9 October 2026 at 20:30, according to the island agenda, at Espacio Cultural El Cine in Merese-Tigaday, in the municipality of La Frontera. The venue is the former Sala Multidisciplinar de Merese: the town council voted unanimously to change the name and recover the building's historical identity, and one of its rooms carries the name of Hilario Fleitas 'Julín', the former owner and a key figure in cinema in the municipality and on the island.
