aaAhh BIBI - Compagnie La Liberté (FIC 2026)verified
Julien Cottereau closes Sunday in Plaza del Príncipe, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, with aaAhh BIBI by Compagnie La Liberté, as part of the Festival Internacional Clownbaret (FIC) 2026. A wordless world where being moved and laughing go hand in hand, and poetry takes shape through gestures and sounds. For all ages, in the second show of the evening: Sunday 11 October 2026 at 21:30.
With or without a red nose, alone or accompanied, Julien Cottereau unfolds in aaAhh BIBI a silent, delirious ballet full of imagination. Through his character BIBI an idealistic, absurd circus comes into view, a wordless world where humour becomes resistance, where being moved and laughing go hand in hand, and where the impossible finds its own order.
Clown, mime and sound maker, Cottereau toured with Cirque du Soleil in Saltimbanco and won the Molière Award for male newcomer with Imagine-toi. The show is for all ages. There is an earlier performance the same evening at 19:00. This one is in Plaza del Príncipe on Sunday 11 October 2026 at 21:30.
